Common questions
How does the gender filter work?
Everyone picks a gender before their first chat. The filter only matches you with people who picked the gender you chose. It's based on what people select, so we can't guarantee it's always accurate, but it works well for most members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Once you're a member, this page shows a Cancel my subscription button. One click and you're done. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you're never charged again.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details.
What if Premium isn't for me?
Reach us through our contact form. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
Does Premium change the age rules?
No. The 13+ age requirement and the separate teen and adult pools apply to everyone. Premium is about better matching, not bypassing safety rules.
